In a sector as delicate as the rental of high technology equipments, it is surely important that the instruments, destined to rental and to become the fundamental mean for the success of the service, are kept in perfect efficiency and periodically replaced with new models.
We dispose of all most common systems for the audio visual communication both traditional, multimedia and interactive (we also offer the rental of domotics systems for the remote control of electronic equipments, rather than for the office automation); we have moreover mobile units and high qualified technicians for the realization of outdoor services to carry out, for example, television movie of company events; this service is particularly useful to organize meetings, congresses, manifestations, conventions and/or company presentations.
The rental activity has always be integrant part of the products portfolio of our company so that to offer customers solutions economically favorable for company events not recurrent and, overall, with the target of giving to the market an image of Mezzi Comunicazione AudioVisiva as a company for the problem solving of every need in audio visual communication from the entry-level to more developed needs.
Our commercial staff can be contacted for consulting and to study together with you the solution that from a technological point of view better satisfies your needs and from an economic point of view doesn't overcomes your budget: we can, in fact, propose different prices formulas or based on the real use days (according to rates presented in the rental list) or in forfeit way for the material rental for big events where is also requested the presence of our technical staff both for the installation and the technical assistance during the rental. It also exists, then, the possibility to require, besides the rental of the material, the delivery, the installation and the conduction by means of our technical staff of rental audio visual systems. In the case the customer would be instead an "advanced user", can order online products for rental and take them directly at our head office (in every case however all rental products are equipped with a short user manual as support for the customer).
Finally the rental service is used also as service supporting the sale offered to all those customers "undecided" that before purchase the audio visual system want to test it: in this case we foresee the purchase option within 5 working days for the customer that has rent the machine; once decided the purchase from the sale invoice will be discounted the rental price.

What until here treated is what would be correctly called operative lease. Our company also gives the customer the possibility to sign a contract of financial lease, if the customer wants to purchase the goods. The financial lease is in fact the way through what Mezzi Comunicazione AudioVisiva srl purchases the products, to give them to the user (final customer) for a prefixed period of time (that can vary from 30 to 60 months) and with the payment of periodic rates. At the expiring of the financial lease period the final customer can become proprietary of the goods with the payment of a certain amount.

Operative lease and financial lease

Substantial differences exist then between the operative lease (="classic rental") and the financial lease:

• The selection between the financial lease and the operative lease is substantially a selection between having a payments planning in the case of the first one and having goods constantly technologically updated in the case of the operative lease.
  
  
• In the contract of operative lease the auxiliary services to the rental of goods (for example transport, installation, conduction,...) are totally calculated in the lease rent; unlike the case of financial lease where the service component is almost totally absent.
  
  
• According to what established by law the financial lease of the Information and Communication Technology products has to last at least 2 years and half to be fiscally deducted in the taxes calculation. This minimum duration is not foreseen in the case of the operative lease.
  
  
• The financial lease foresees the final option for the customer of purchasing, with the payment of the good ransom, unlike the operative lease where the customer hasn't the possibility of purchasing the goods.
