INFORMATION ACCORDING TO ART.NR. 13
D.LAW NR. 196/2003 (PRIVACY INFORMATION)

According to item 13 of the Italian law n. 196/2003 we give you the following information:

1. The personal data you supply will be treated for
   
   
   • administrative, book-keeping and invoice purposes;
   • the elaboration and drawing up of the documents and the pertinent forms, object of the commercial service you ordered;
   • sending updated information on products, services and promotions;
   • publication on company internet site and on promotional/advertising material elaborated by our company and/or by our delegated company as commercial references for our present and potential customers;
   • to supply our company assistance.
   
   We inform you that some services cannot be given without having at disposal your data. Moreover we inform you that to grant the possibility of carrying out those services, your data can be shared inside our company and in its associated companies. Eventual changes in the finalities of the data treatment will be previously communicated to you and will be subject of your consent issuing.
   
   
2. The conferring of the personal data is compulsory for the invoice and realization of the service you ordered. The eventual refusal in giving your personal data can cause the impossibility to develop the service you ordered and/or the total or partial lacking of the execution of the contract and the lacking of relation prosecution.
   
   
3. The personal data can be communicated to book-keeper bureaus, delegated to our company, and/or to law bureaus or to credit recovery, delegated by our company, for the following purposes:
   
   
   • for fulfillment of fiscal and legal regulations, to whom our company is subject, both national and international;
   • to exert our rights in case of your non-fulfilment in the development of the contract in force between the parties;
   • for the assignment of a service or of a contract or to reach the objects above indicated.
   
   In the case above mentioned of proxy and behalf from our company to third companies, they will grant that their behavior will be in conformity with this informative.
   
   
4. The holder of the treatment is M.C.A.V srl with head office in via Val Camonica 11 – 20128 Milan-Italy.
   
   
5. The treatment will be carried out with paper mode and information technology mode. For this purpose M.C.A.V. srl and its associated companies declare to have taken all the adequate technical and organizing measures to protect your personal data from not authorized access. In particular the information contained in the messages and in the relative attachments, sent by our company via email and/or by fax and/or by ordinary mail, is strictly confidential and exclusively addressed to receivers of the message.
   
   Particular warning for the messages sent by email
   If you are not the receiver or someone authorized by him, you have not to keep back, copy, disclose or made any action related with this message. If you are not the receiver of this information, please inform as soon as possible by e-mail and/or by phone and eliminate permanently this message and its attachments from your PC and /or from your PC net. The content of every message of electronic mail is a free creation of the person sender of the message and not of our company M.C.A.V. Our mails are of professional use and can be controlled together with the answers by our company. All our messages of electronic mail are constantly subjected to antivirus scan through the software McAfee Virus Scan. Our company is not responsible of damages or looses arising from the use of the messages sent by email and/or of their attachments. The only IP address from where all our e-mails can really come from is 81.208.56.0/24. Before opening messages of electronic mail with doubt origin verify the IP address.
   
   
6. In every moment you can exert your rights towards the treatment owner, according to item nr. 7 of the law 196/2003. In particular:
   
   
   • if you want to confirm your personal data, our company will give you the requested data;
   • in case of errors or changes in the personal data, M.C.A.V. srl will correct the wrong information according to your request;
