We put at disposal of our customers an internal equipped laboratory and a staff
of specialized technicians capable of supplying all the necessary
assistance to solve every problem. Our technicians are available to go
(after acceptation of the estimate quotazion for the technical intervention or on the basis of the
conditions established in the maintenance contracts) at the customers’ head offices if our
customer can not send to our technical laboratory the machines for the revision, control and
technical intervention. For the repairs we grant quick delivery times and, if
the repair needs much time, we can quote the rental – at favorable prices – of machines in
temporary replacement until the return of the replaced machine to allow the
customer to continue its work activity without interruptions due to the absence of the
audio-visual system under repair. We develop also forms of technical assistance with contracts
of programmed maintenance and/or with total covering, both into our
internal technical laboratory and at the customer head office. Signing these contracts the customer
has the warranty to have a back-up machine for all the duration of the repair
period, to have a technical intervention at his head office within a fixed number of hours
(established together with the customer in phase of contract drawing up) also in week-ends,
allowing the quick reestablishment of optimal use conditions of your systems. When it is not
possible the total reestablishment, the technicians will suggest the most opportune strategy for
the problem solution in an efficacious and efficient way.
The adhesion to our proposals of maintenance contracts and of total covering makes, then, more
interesting, also under the economical aspect, keeping in optimum efficiency the customers
equipments, both in our laboratory and in the customer firm.
To ask for the service of external technical assistance is enough fill in and
send the technical assistance order form (you have to fill in
every field of the form indicating in detail all problems encountered or the future needs;
the needs indicating as defect "not working" will be not considered). You can send the order
on-line or by e-mail or fax. (in these two last cases you have to download the PDF form for
technical assistance).
The drawing up of this form is needed when you ask for technical
assistance in our laboratory. In this second hypothesis, after the form sending you have to wait
for the authorization on the procedure to follow for the goods return and, only at this point,
the product can be sent or delivered in our head office as quick as possible.
The machine to repair has to be carefully packaged if possible, with the original
packing (it is advisable to keep it for all the warranty duration) or, if absent, a packing
capable to grant a transport without damages because in presence of inadequate packings, our
company has the right of losing the warranty. The package has to be accompanied by the
transportation document showing the acceptation number of the good under repair.
In the packing the customer has to introduce only the components that need assistance. In the case
also the accessories would be sent (because you can not understand the origin of the defect) the
customer has to signal them in the transportation document.
Once analyzed the situation, Mezzi Comunicazione AudioVisiva srl will advise you on the repair
time and estimate quotazion that if accepted, has to be sent as order confirmation. Once finished the repair
the product will be sent to your head office.
